Turning a nine-model lineup into an always-on lead engine.
A whole showroom to move, not one launch.
BAIC came to Qatar with a lineup that runs from the BJ40's military heritage to family crossovers and a value story its rivals could not match. What it did not have was demand: the badge was new, the models unfamiliar, and every one of them needed to move.
The brief: build the paid engine for the whole showroom. A launch moment at Ramadan, offers through the year, and a steady flow of enquiries the sales floor could actually work.
Take the enquiry to where Qatar already talks.
WhatsApp. Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns carry buyers from the ad straight into a conversation with the showroom, backed by lead forms, high-intent search, and offer-led flights built around Ramadan, the Mega Draw, and the seasons in between.
Arabic first. The Ramadan flight's Arabic key visual out-converted every other creative in the account, and that learning now shapes every flight: Arabic leads, English supports, and regular creative refreshes keep the feed native.

The live feed, exactly as Qatar sees it today. Showroom moments, model stories, and offer flights in two languages, all feeding the same lead engine.
